Atlantic City's BorgataLOCATIONBorgata is located in the Marina District of Atlantic City near Harrah's and Trump Marina. The Boardwalk is about two miles away. To get to Borgata from the Atlantic City Expressway, take Exit #1 onto the AC / Brigantine Connector (the tunnel), and proceed towards the marina and Borgata (it is well-marked).
OWNERSHIP
The Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa, which is Atlantic City's newest casino resort (opened July 2003), is a joint venture of Boyd Gaming and MGM Mirage.
Borgata's 40-story hotel tower has over 2,000 luxurious rooms and suites, with marbled bathrooms, floor-to-ceiling
windows, high speed internet access, as well as many other amenities.
The Water Club, which opened in June 2008, is Borgata's newest hotel. The new tower has 800 guest rooms, five swimming pools,
a two-story spa, restaurants, meeting space, and shops.
Borgata's casino, which measures over 160,000 square feet, contains the latest slots (over 4000 machines),
200 table games, and a racebook. The 85 table poker room (the largest in Atlantic City) hosts majot tournament events and daily tournaments (multi and single table).
Borgata has more than one dozen restaurants, from fine dining to casual. In addition
to the traditional genres (seafood, steak house, American, Asian, etc), there are some modern
creations and eclectic spots to eat as well.
Izakaya - is a modern Japanese pub serving sushi, robotayaki, sake and cocktails.
Old Homestead Steak House - This is where the beef is. Old Homestead is a New York
landmark. Enjoy steak, Kobe beef, or seafood ($30 and up).
Bobby Flay Steak - steak house and lobster bar.
SeaBlue - Chef Michael Mina's Seablue restaurant features fresh fish cooked over a wood-burning grill as well as classic American dishes.
Wolfgang Puck American Grille - contemporary American cuisine. The restaurant's Main Dining Room provides a sophisticated setting, while
The Tavern offers moderately priced items.
Borgata Buffet - (casual) Open for breakfast (about $15), lunch ($18), dinner ($29), and brunch.
Gypsy Bar - (casual) Exotic beers and tequilas served with eclectic food.
The Metropolitan - (casual) Open 24-hours, European-style bistro serving American
food. Special features: oyster and gelato bars.
Bread + Butter - serves sandwiches and gourmet beverages.
Noodles of the World (N.O.W.) - (casual) Located within the casino. Enjoy Thai, Japanese,
Chinese, and Korean noodle soups and dishes.
The Cafeteria - food court with Panda Express, Villa Pizza, Ben & Jerry's, Tony Luke's (Philly cheesesteak),
Fatburger, Lettuce Head (salads), and Hibachi-San.
You will also find a Starbucks in Borgata.
ENTERTAINMENT, NIGHTLIFE, RECREATION, SHOPPING
Borgata Entertainment Headline acts and shows are held at the Event Center, which seats 2400.
The Music Box, which seats 1000, also hosts live music acts.
Bars and nightclubs with live DJs and
dancing are: B-Bar (and ultralounge), Mixx (a nightclub), and mur.mur (another nightclub).
The Gypsy Bar's schedule includes live music acts
and DJs.
For a good laugh, enjoy an evening at Borgata Comedy Club, which typically hosts a few
comics each week.

Pump Room is Borgata's high-tech fitness center.
Spa Toccare - the 54,000 square-foot European-style spa offers relaxing treatments including massage, facials, baths, scrubs, and others.
