Caesars Atlantic CityLOCATIONCaesars is located on the Boardwalk between Arkansas Avenue and Christopher Columbus Blvd. If you are arriving via the Atlantic City Expressway, you cannot miss Caesars, it is right at the base of the expressway. The midtown location puts Caesar's in easy walking distance of other casinos. In fact it is connected to Bally's and Trump Plaza. The Ocean One Pier, which will reopen in 2006 as The Pier At Caeasars with new upscale shops, restaurants, and live entertainment, is directly across the boards from Caesars. OWNERSHIP Caesars Atlantic City, which opened in 1979, was acquired by Park Place Entertainment Corporation in 1999 (later renamed Caesars Entertainment Inc). A 2005 corporate merger placed Caesars under the Harrahs brand.
Caesars Atlantic City offers guests the option of staying in either of two hotel towers.
There are over 600 guest rooms and suites in its new Centurion Tower.
The Temple Tower offers guests a shorter walk from room to casino, more accessible parking, etc.
The
ancient Roman theme is carried throughout the property starting with the entrance and lobby,
which features stone floors, impressive columns, water fountains, classic statues,
and plenty of brass and marble.
Caesar's has over 120,000 feet of gaming space including more than 3,400 of the latest reel
and video slots, over 100 table games, simulcast horse racing, a keno lounge, a poker room,
and a baccarat salon.
Throughout the entire facility are architectural details and decorations
inspired by ancient Rome. The soft colors and classical features lend to the environment's
elegance without stepping over the line into overindulgence.
